For safety and best performance, please use products in accordance with the instructions provided. Fragrance oils are intended for diffuser use only and must be kept away from children and pets. Always store products upright and securely.
Product descriptions, stock availability, and pricing may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is considered accepted only when payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.
Once accepted, order cancellations or changes may not be possible due to fulfilment timelines.
All purchases are subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
All products are sold for personal use only and must not be purchased for commercial resale unless expressly authorised.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Once goods are handed to the courier, title and risk transfer to you. Delays or loss in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

If we offer gift cards, they are issued for store credit and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
