Diffusers: Materials
Our diffusers are crafted using premium materials chosen for strength and lasting quality. Many AROMAWAVE diffuser designs feature an aluminium alloy outer body for a sleek, modern finish and enhanced durability, with internal components engineered for consistent, controlled diffusion.
Diffusers: Care & Cleaning
To keep your diffuser performing at its best, we recommend simple, regular care:
- Switch off the diffuser before cleaning and allow it to fully stop operating.
- Wipe external surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh chemicals, or alcohol-based cleaners that may affect the finish.
- Do not rinse, soak, or submerge any part of the diffuser in water.
- When changing fragrance oils, clean the oil contact area as recommended in your product guide to keep scent output fresh and consistent.
- Store the diffuser in a cool, dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Fragrance Oils: Use & Handling
AROMAWAVE fragrance oils are developed for refined diffusion and consistent performance. For best results, use as directed and follow general handling guidance:
- Keep fragrance oils sealed when not in use and store upright in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
- Keep oils away from children and pets and avoid placing bottles in direct sunlight.
- If oil spills onto surfaces, wipe promptly to help prevent marking or residue.
- For optimal performance, we recommend using AROMAWAVE fragrance oils with AROMAWAVE devices.
Quality & Standards
Our fragrance oils are developed in accordance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines. Our electric diffusers are designed to comply with applicable Australian regulatory requirements, including RCM standards.
